After using targetry systems from other manufacturers, we found the perfect match of features, engineering, value, and support with Caliber in their CR-2 and CR-2TL systems.  Being able to offer the customer touch-screen control and turning/lighting features, while not relying on spotty wireless technology or poor battery design, has made a huge improvement on our customer satisfaction, maintenance cost, and lost revenue due to equipment downtime. The straight-forward course of fire programming interface means I can delegate entry and design to range personnel without having to micro-manage or be an IT genius! The remote control of the e-Range has proven to be a key part of our offerings to outside groups such as law enforcement and private security agencies who can run the Range themselves after a 10-minute overview – which saves us labor cost and gives them control of the entire bay!

I just wanted to send the whole Caliber team a quick e-mail thanking you for the great job setting up our range. The CR-2 retrieval system arrived on time and on budget. The set-up went off without a hitch and the team was always available to answer any questions we had.  Our members regularly comment how the system is very easy and straight forward to use. We have been up and running for 8 months now without a single issue to report.
